Hi, I am Aneesha!

I work where the answers are not obvious and stakes are real.

I’m a UX Researcher working at the intersection of large-scale systems, emerging technology, and responsible innovation. I use research to help teams navigate ambiguity, shape product direction, and make decisions that endure.

My work explores how intelligent systems enter products, how research evolves alongside AI, and how people adapt to emerging technologies.

From large enterprise systems to new technologies, my work has informed decisions and strategy across complex domains.

My Impact across Systems

My work, curiosity, and research direction intersect in exploring how people, products, and intelligent systems evolve together.

Where I Work

Selected case studies showing how I use research to guide decisions across scale, AI innovation, and system maturity.

Featured Case Studies

Enterprise Utility Platform Navigation Redesign

Mixed Methods Research | Research at Scale

Serving 6M+ customer accounts and over 12M users, FPL’s redesign of its digital services across platforms required research that scaled with complexity. I led generative and evaluative research for the redesign, aligning usability, benchmarking, and stakeholder priorities to guide platform-level decisions. Beyond reducing time on task for 5 core user journeys by 30%, the work established reusable evaluation practices that doubled insight delivery speed and strengthened research maturity.

Driving Responsible AI Adoption for an Enterprise Digital Team

Strategic Research | Responsible Innovation

As AI rapidly entered digital product work, I initiated building Responsible AI guidelines for FPL’s digital organization to support customer-facing experiences and internal AI adoption. Using secondary research, design fiction workshops, and future scenario exploration, I translated emerging risks and opportunities into actionable guidance for teams across design, product, content, and analytics. This work continues to inform research into AI adoption and everyday workflow integration.

Designing Trust for Audio-AI Experiences

Mixed Methods Research | Responsible Innovation

‘How can we incorporate AI into our services?’- iHeartRadio, 2023

As iHeartRadio explored Generative AI for new listening experiences, the challenge was balancing innovation with user trust. I led mixed-methods research to explore expectations, risks, and opportunities for AI-powered community features. The work informed the roadmap of iHeart’s first GenAI radio channels, doubling the engagement among users under 35. In parallel, I authored Responsible Audio-AI Guidelines to support ethical product decisions as intelligent systems entered audio ecosystems.

Researching the Future of Social AR Experiences

As Snap Inc. explored co-located AR experiences for their Spectacles, the challenge was understanding how social interaction changes when digital experiences move into shared physical spaces. I uncovered collaboration patterns and opportunity areas within social AR experiences by conducting formative studies and observational research. Insights informed early concept exploration, supported prototype investment decisions, and helped secure hardware allocation for future development.
